The role of screw liner in screw conveyor mainly includes the following aspects:

Reduce material damage: the liner can reduce the rate of material damage in the conveying process, especially when conveying fragile materials, the liner's protective effect is more obvious.
Improve conveying efficiency: by adjusting the shape and material of the liner, it can optimize the flow state of the material, improve the conveying efficiency, and reduce the blockage and stagnation of the material in the conveying process.
Reduce noise: the liner surface is smooth and not easy to scale, which reduces the friction between the material and the equipment, thus reducing the noise in the conveying process.
Adapt to a variety of materials: Different materials of the liner are suitable for different types of materials. For example, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) liners have excellent abrasion resistance and self-lubrication, and are suitable for all kinds of bulk materials with high adhesion.
Environmentally friendly materials: some liners are made of environmentally friendly materials, which are physiologically inert and physiologically adaptable and can be recycled and reused, in line with the requirements of environmental protection.
