First, choose suitable materials. Different materials have different degrees of wear and tear on vertical mill rollers, grinding discs and liners, and materials with more impurities and high hardness have a greater impact on wear parts wear, such as quartz and pyrite content increases, the wear of its wear-resistant spare parts will also increase significantly, so it is also necessary to choose the right material.
Secondly, to ensure that the feed is uniform. According to the raw material hard appropriate selection degree particle size, usually, the harder material diameter of 3 centimeters or less is ideal.
Third, it is strictly prohibited to put metal blocks into the vertical mill. If necessary, the raw materials can be installed before the mill in addition to the iron removal device, so as to avoid metal substances fall into the vertical mill damage related spare parts.
Fourth, timely replacement of wearing parts. Maintenance and repair, you can open the movable shell, timely replacement of wear parts; before driving the main shaft must be coiled, check whether there is any abnormal sound, found that the problem should be dealt with in a timely manner, can not let the equipment run with disease.
Fifth, maintenance and inspection of rolling bearings in the roller sleeve. Especially when replacing the grinding roller, the rolling bearings in the roller sleeve need to be cleaned and replaced in a timely manner with damaged parts.
Sixth, the effective implementation of the correct start-up sequence. Start the fan first after the host, stop the host first after stopping the fan.
