Jaw crusher replacement *** frequent is the thrust plate, i.e. elbow plate. The crusher with integral linkage must remove the thrust plate by unscrewing the baffle bolts, cutting off the dry oil lubrication pipe, hanging the thrust plate on the crane lifting hook or other lifting equipment, and then only after that can you loosen the spring at one end of the horizontal tie rod, pull the movable jaw to the direction of the fixed jaw, and take out the thrust plate. If the rear thrust plate is to be removed, the connecting rod should be pulled away from the front thrust plate and the movable jaw to remove the rear thrust plate.
After the thrust plate is removed, cut off the thin oil lubrication pipe and cooling water pipe, support it with a bracket under the connecting rod, and then remove the connecting rod cover before lifting out the connecting rod.
The main shaft of the crusher should be taken off together with the pulley and flywheel, move the motor (together with the belt) along the slide as close as possible to the crusher, and take off the triangular belt. Then lift the shaft with a crane.
In order to dismantle the movable jaw, it is necessary to cut off the dry oil lubrication pipe, dismantle the tie rod, remove the bearing cover, and then pull out the movable jaw with a crane or other lifting equipment.
Jaw Crusher Wear Parts Replacement Considerations
In the jaw crusher, liner plate, thrust plate and eccentric shaft are the main wear parts, and the service life of jaw crusher wear parts is shown in the following figure. The following is the introduction of these wear parts replacement matters of attention.

1、Replacement of liner plate
The fixed jaw liner (tooth plate), movable jaw liner (tooth plate), and both sides of the liner (guard plate) of the jaw crusher are *** easy to wear. Severe wear will lead to larger product size. When the liner plate is worn in the early stage, the liner plate can be used upside down, or the upper and lower pieces can be used upside down. The wear of the jaw plate is mostly concentrated in the lower part of the middle, when the tooth plate is worn out 3/5, it is necessary to replace the new liner. When both sides of the liner wear off 2/5, also need to replace the new.
2、Replacement of mandrel, eccentric shaft and shaft tile
If the wear of the shaft is not much, and you just want to repair the geometry, you can get the lathe turning, but when the journal size is reduced by 5% after several times of turning, it is not allowed to be turned again, and it should be replaced with a new one.

Since the jaw crusher works under shock load, the pasteurized alloy lining on the shaft tile needs to be recast every two years.
If the eccentric shaft and the shaft tile, the mandrel and the shaft tile are worn, and the clearance is more than 1.5 times of the original assembly clearance, it needs to be padded and adjusted or replaced; the oil groove is worn out by 1.5 millimeters, and the oil groove should be reopened and adjusted; and the clearance between the head cover of the connecting rod and the eccentric shaft is worn out to be more than 1.5 times of the assembly clearance, and it needs to be padded and adjusted or replaced with a new one.
