Replacement intervals for spiral liners

The replacement cycle for spiral liners is usually six months. Specifically, when the liner wear is greater than 5mm, the liner must be replaced to prevent the spiral from coming into direct contact with the bottom of the U-channel.
Replacement steps
Remove the two tight caps, reducer and bearing housing connecting flange screws, and separate the transmission mechanism.
Remove the bearing housing and body coupling screws, remove the bearing and sealing seat.
Take out the screw body.
Remove all pressure plate screws of the bushing, and remove the bushing.
Replace the bushing with a new one.
Material Selection
Nylon liner: made of high-density polytetrafluoroethylene, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for materials with little abrasiveness, but not suitable for materials over 60℃.
Stainless steel liner: suitable for food, pharmaceutical industry transportation requirements, clean and hygienic, easy to clean, suitable for materials with a temperature of 350 degrees or less.
Manganese steel liner: adapted to higher temperature and abrasive materials, higher cost, but also higher practicality.
